Once your device arrives to us we aim to test within 24 hours or 1 working day. Once tested payment is made by end of day.
Our shipping labels are DPD Next Day so if timed correctly you could be paid the very next day after getting your quote and sending your device to us.
How does shipping work?
If your quote is worth £25 or more we arrange a prepaid, fully insured DPD label free of charge.
Just pack your camera or accessories in a box with lots of protection and attach your free shipping label. Your package can be dropped off at thousands of drop off points around the country.
Quotes under £25 do not qualify for a free label — you can still send your item in, but postage to us is at your own cost. Add another item to your quote to push the total over £25 and unlock a free label.
If you change your mind, or decline a revised offer, we return your gear to you free of charge.
Can I include more than one quote in the same box?
Yes absolutely, you can include multiple quotes in the same box providing you clearly label all the quote numbers on or inside the package.
I can't find the item I want to sell?
No worries, simply press the 'add manually for staff review' button and type in the exact brand and model. Our team will manually review and get back to you with a valuation within 24 hours.
What should I include with my item?
Please include all original manufacture accessories as standard. Once you have selected your camera model, you'll be able to see the essential accessories we expect under the 'essential accessories to include tab'.
If you don't have any of these don't worry! Just send what you can and our team will adjust your offer accordingly once it arrives.
Are there any fees?
Nope, we charge zero fees to sell on our platform. The amount you get offered is the exact amount you will receive in your bank, once it has been tested.
Shipping to us is free on quotes worth £25 or more, and returning your gear is always on us if you decline a revised offer.
Which condition should I choose?
We have 5 condition categories, all devices should be judged on their cosmetic condition and be fully-functional. If they have any faults they should go under our faulty condition to be recycled or repaired.
If you are unsure you can use our 'Condition guide' when selling, your best guess is fine! If there are any issues we will send a revised offer once the device arrives.
Why is a condition greyed-out?
If a condition is greyed-out and not clickable we do not currently have an offer for this item in that condition. We may have not yet added it to our database or are not buying it.
You can attempt to get a manual quote for it by pressing the 'Add manually for staff review' button.
How does trading in work?
Trading in is simple:
1. Get an instant quote for the gear you want to move on and accept it.
2. Buy the item you actually want at the normal price — you do not have to wait for your trade-in to arrive, so it ships straight away.
3. Send your trade-in to us with your free DPD label (quotes of £25 or more). Once it arrives and passes testing, we pay your quoted amount straight into your bank account.
In effect you only pay the difference between the two.
Why is my quote not eligible for a free shipping label?
Free DPD collection labels are for quotes worth £25 or more. If your quote is under £25 you can still sell to us, but you will need to cover postage to us yourself.
The easiest fix is to add another item or two to the same quote — once the total reaches £25 the free label unlocks automatically.
