More value
Less waste
We believe technology should be reused, not wasted. Our mission is to make it simple and transparent for people to buy and sell used technology, keeping it in use for longer and saving it from becoming e-waste.
Who we are
Founded in 2021 by Andrew Anderton, SDS was built on a simple belief: used technology should never go to waste. In an industry where technological upgrades happen rapidly, millions of cameras, phones, laptops, and accessories end up sitting in drawers, or worse, as e-waste.
What initially began with buying and reselling specialist camera equipment has evolved into something much bigger. We now connect customers with a range of businesses across multiple categories, including phones, laptops, cameras, and more.
Our story so far
SDS started with cameras, but the opportunity quickly became much bigger. Today, we’re building a platform designed to make buying and selling used products easier for customers, and sourcing and selling stock simpler for businesses.
