The Sigma 20mm f/2 DG DN Contemporary is a compact, all-metal wide-angle prime designed for full-frame mirrorless systems. As part of the 'I series', it balances a portable form factor with high optical performance, featuring a dedicated aperture ring and a magnetic lens cap. The f/2 aperture makes it suitable for astrophotography, landscapes, and interior shots where space is limited.
Check the used unit for the condition of the magnetic and plastic lens caps, and ensure the aperture ring clicks decisively between stops (or moves smoothly if de-clicked). The weather-sealing gasket at the mount should be intact. SDS tests the stepping motor for silent, accurate tracking and ensures the glass is free from coatings wear or scratches.
