Its one-touch push-pull design allows for simultaneous focusing and zooming, making it relatively quick to handle for a manual lens. It is built to a high standard with a built-in sliding lens hood. Used examples should be checked for zoom creep, as the heavy internal optics can cause the barrel to slide when pointed vertically.
