The Nikon AF DX Fisheye-Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G ED is a dedicated ultra-wide lens designed for DX-format DSLRs. It provides a full 180-degree diagonal angle of view, producing the distinctive barrel distortion characteristic of a fisheye. With a close focusing distance of just 3cm from the front element, it is highly effective for exaggerated perspectives and creative close-ups. The lens features Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass to minimise chromatic aberration.
When purchasing this model used, ensure the bulbous front element is free from scratches or coating wear, as it cannot be protected by a standard filter. Check that the built-in petal-shaped hood is secure and undamaged.
