Hasselblad Carl Zeiss Sonnar CF 180mm f/4 - Hasselblad V Mount

The Carl Zeiss Sonnar CF 180mm f/4 is a highly regarded telephoto lens for the Hasselblad V-system. Introduced to sit between the 150mm and 250mm focal lengths, it is often preferred for its superior optical performance and closer minimum focusing distance compared to the 250mm. It features a CF shutter, allowing compatibility with both 500-series and 200-series focal plane shutter cameras. On the used market, the reliability of the mechanical leaf shutter is paramount. SDS tests all speeds for timing accuracy and checks the 'F' setting for focal plane operation. We inspect the lens for 'Zeissitis' (small white spots on the internal barrel) which, while usually cosmetic, is noted.
