Tamron SP AF 11-18mm f/4.5-5.6 Di II LD Aspherical (IF)

The Tamron SP AF 11-18mm f/4.5-5.6 Di II LD Aspherical (IF) is an ultra-wide-angle zoom lens designed for APS-C sensor DSLRs. As part of the SP (Super Performance) series, it features higher-grade optical elements, including Low Dispersion (LD) and aspherical glass to control distortion and flare. With a focal range equivalent to approximately 17-28mm on a full-frame sensor, it is well-suited for architectural, landscape, and interior photography where a broad field of view is required. Used 11-18mm lenses should be inspected for front element scratches, as the wide-angle design can make it more exposed. SDS checks the autofocus motor for speed and accuracy, particularly at the 11mm setting where depth of field is vast. We examine the zoom and focus rings for smooth, grit-free rotation.
