Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG Fisheye - Nikon F
Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG Fisheye is a Nikon F-mount full-frame fisheye prime with autofocus and a fast f/3.5 maximum aperture. This lens is built for a dramatic 180° field of view, giving strong edge distortion and close-up perspective effects that suit creative landscape, interiors, action and experimental photography. As an EX-series Sigma optic, it has a solid metal-and-composite feel, and its close focusing distance makes it particularly effective when you want exaggerated foreground emphasis. On full-frame bodies it produces the classic fisheye look across the whole frame; on APS-C bodies it behaves like a very wide fisheye with less extreme coverage. Optical character is deliberately specialised rather than neutral, so straight lines bend heavily and corners soften as part of the effect. Used buyers should check autofocus operation, smooth focus action, clean front and rear elements, and inspect carefully for haze, fungus, scratches and impact marks, especially around the prominent front element and hood area. Also confirm the mount shows no excessive wear and that any included caps or rear filter accessories are present, as fisheye lenses are often used hard and stored with little protection.
