The RED Scarlet-W is a DSMC2 cinema camera featuring the 5K RED DRAGON sensor. It provides a bridge between the entry-level Raven and the higher-end Epic-W, offering 5K recording at up to 50 fps and 2K at up to 240 fps. The camera records simultaneously in REDCODE RAW and Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR. Its modular design allows for a wide range of configurations using RED's ecosystem of expanders, battery plates, and monitoring solutions.
