The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ65 (also known as the TZ7 in some regions) is a highly popular travel-zoom camera featuring a 10.1-megapixel sensor and a 12x optical zoom Leica DC lens. It was notable for being one of the first compacts to offer high-quality AVCHD Lite HD video recording. The 25mm wide-angle lens provides excellent flexibility for travel photography.
Used TZ65 models should be inspected for dust particles inside the lens, which can be visible at smaller apertures. The mode dial can sometimes become loose or skip settings. SDS verifies the integrity of the zoom mechanism, ensures the stereo microphones are functioning for video, and checks the rear display for colour accuracy and brightness.
