Olympus PEN E-P3

The PEN E-P3 was the flagship of the PEN range upon release, featuring a 12.3-megapixel sensor and a significantly improved 35-point autofocus system. It boasts a high-resolution OLED touchscreen and a built-in flash, housed in a premium all-metal body with a removable grip. The E-P3 is noted for its fast operation and improved 'TruePic VI' image processor. For a used E-P3, the OLED screen should be checked for burn-in or colour shifts. The removable grip screw can sometimes become stripped, so SDS verifies the physical mount is secure. We also test the internal stabilisation and the responsiveness of the touchscreen interface. The metal body is durable, but check for dents around the corners which can indicate impact damage that might affect the sensor alignment.
