The Olympus Camedia C-450 Zoom (also known as the D-560 Zoom) is a 4-megapixel digital compact featuring a 3x optical zoom lens. It follows the classic Olympus sliding clamshell design, which serves as both a lens protector and the power switch. It records images to xD-Picture Cards and is powered by two AA batteries, offering a compact form factor for casual daylight photography.
The sliding front cover is a common point of failure; if the internal switch is worn, the camera may not power on consistently.
