We offer free UK returns within 30 days of the date you placed your order. 

International sales are final. 

Please see our terms below:

1. Change of Mind

UK customers are welcome to return for a full refund for any reason within 30 days, providing the item has not been used, shows no signs of use, and all original accessories are included. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

International customers do not qualify for change of mind returns due to high shipping costs.

2. Faulty or Not as Described

If your item is faulty or not as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

After 30 days, and up to 1 year, past the delivery date you may refer to our warranty terms which can be found at the footer of our website, for applicable orders only. Please read the warranty terms carefully.

We cover return costs for faulty items. For UK orders we can send you a return label. For International orders we can reimburse shipping costs we deem reasonable, please contact our staff at (office @ sds.net) for confirmation before shipping to us. 

Every return should clearly include your order number in or on the package, failure to include this may void your return.

3. How to Return

We’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address.

Send the item back in safe packaging. We recommend tracked shipping.

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund, repair, or replacement within 14 days.

4. Packaging

Customers are legally responsible for taking reasonable care of any item being returned until it is received by us. All returned devices must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. At a minimum, returns must include:

Protective bubble wrap surrounding the device

Adequate void fill/packaging material to prevent movement inside the parcel

A strong, rigid cardboard outer box suitable for shipping electronics

Original manufacturer packaging alone is not sufficient unless additionally protected within a suitable shipping box.

If a returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or insufficient protection during transit, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value or repair/replacement costs. Depending on the severity of the damage, this deduction may be up to 100% of the refund amount.
