How Do I Get Paid?
We pay by bank transfer within hours of confirming your final quote - please allow 1-2 days for the funds to clear on rare occassions
How Does Shipping Work?
We arrange a courier collection with a prepaid, fully insured label — you don’t need to print anything.
Just pack your camera or accessories in a box with lots of protection to make sure it gets to us safely.
What Should I Include With My Item?
Please include all accessories you have, most quotes are based on including the original manufactures accessories.
If you do not have these, no worries just include what you can and we'll adjust your quote accordingly. Any extra accessoires must be added to the quote or we'll assume no value to them.
